Please do not send any items back before you receive further instructions from us.

We want every return to be handled calmly, personally and without unnecessary delays. Simply contact us first — we will find a suitable solution together.


At Mindset Walls, we want you to be happy with your wall art from mindsetwalls.com. If your order is not right for your space, you may request a return within 90 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return window

We offer a voluntary 90-day return period for eligible products.

For customers in the European Union, EEA and the United Kingdom, this policy does not limit your statutory rights, including your legal right of withdrawal and your rights if a product is defective, damaged or not as described.

2. Eligible returns

To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and securely packaged.

Please always contact us before sending anything back by email at info@mindsetwalls.com. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or may not be processed correctly.

3. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect:

- Custom or personalized wall art created according to your specific instructions
- Gift cards
- Digital products, if any
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling or improper installation

Standard catalog prints, posters and canvas products are covered by our 90-day return policy unless otherwise stated on the product page at mindsetwalls.com.

4. Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@mindsetwalls.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. In approved cases, we will arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

5. Refunds for EU / EEA / UK customers

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the eligible amount within the legally required period after you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever happens first.

Where required by law, the refund will include the standard delivery cost paid at checkout. Additional costs for a more expensive shipping method are not refundable unless required by law.

6. Refunds for US and other international customers

For customers outside the EU, EEA and UK, approved refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

If a different refund period is required by applicable law in your location, we will comply with that requirement.

7. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@mindsetwalls.com and include:

- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The usual process is to return the eligible item and place a new order.

Do not send returns to the address shown on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Some orders are produced and shipped by fulfillment partners, and the return address may be different from the shipping address.
