By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked on our website, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products

We sell wall art, canvas prints, posters and related products.

Product photos, mockups and room previews are for illustration purposes. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, printing process, material and lighting conditions.

Minor differences in color, cropping, texture or size may occur and do not automatically mean that the product is defective.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept your order by sending an order confirmation or by starting production or fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an obvious error, suspected fraud, payment issue, stock or production issue, incorrect pricing or another reasonable reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

4. Prices, taxes and duties

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout.

Taxes, shipping costs and other charges may be shown at checkout depending on your location.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply. Unless collected at checkout, these costs are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Custom and personalized products

If you order custom or personalized wall art, you are responsible for ensuring that any text, image, logo or other content you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

We may refuse or cancel custom orders that include unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise inappropriate content.

Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including designs, product images, text, branding and graphics, is owned by us or used under license.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell or commercially use our content without our written permission.

11. Promotions and discounts
